The Traveler: What kind of weather will we have today?
The Shepherd: The kind I like.
The Traveler: How do you know it will be the kind you like?
The Shepherd: I have discovered, Sir, that I do not always get what I want, and so I learned to always like what I get. Therefore, I am quite sure we will have the kind of weather I like.
We always have a choice. Even if we do not have the power to influence Nature outside of us, we can always influence the nature within us. The only thing required is to develop the wisdom to distinguish between what we have control over and what we do not. And then to make the choice to be in harmony with the latter.
It is easy. If you decide to, you can do it too. Now.
And have the weather you like. Immediately.
