A Nice Buzzing Day

author: Benjamin Hoff

“Christopher Robin asked Pooh the question:
‘What do you like doing most in the world, Pooh?’
‘Well,’ said Pooh, ‘what I like most…’ — and then he had to stop and think. Because although Eating Honey was a very nice thing, there was a moment — just before you begin to eat it — which is better than when you have already begun, but he did not know what it was called.

Then he thought that being with Christopher Robin was a very nice thing, and having Piglet beside him was a very friendly thing; and so, after thinking all this over, he said:
‘What I like most in the world is for Piglet and me to go and see you, and for you to say, “What about something a little?” and for me to say, “Well, I don’t mind something a little, do you, Piglet?”, and for it to be a buzzing kind of day outside, and for the birds to be singing.’”**

from the book The Tao of Pooh

I do not feel like analyzing this wonderful reading at all… I only wanted to remind you through it that the things we love most are not necessarily the things that are Big, Expensive, Very Smart… but the things in which there is Something Small, and outside it is a Buzzing Day… And who said that the buzzing does not also have to come from the engines of cars? 🙂

With wishes for A Nice Buzzing Day!
