The Timeline of the Heart

The usual way of achieving our desires is by deciding what we want and then mobilizing our will to achieve it. However, there is another way—Pamela Kribbe calls it “the way of the heart,” and its most important elements are the energy of acceptance, unconditional love, and inner peace. When we walk this path, we are free from the pressure of rigid ideas about what the final result should look like or when we should achieve it.

This path is an expression of the “most powerful form of creativity” and helps us reach our goals with less effort and more trust in life:

When you use ego-centered willpower, you may feel a kind of tension in the solar plexus chakra. This use of will is an energetic phenomenon that you can become quite consciously aware of, should you choose to. When you feel this pull, accompanied by a strong desire for everything to happen according to your understanding of things, you are trying to bend reality to your desires. You are trying to force your beliefs into reality.

When you act from the heart, you move in the flow of reality as it is. You do not try to force or compel.

If you are working hard to achieve a certain goal and fail more than once, please ask yourselves from which chakra, from which energy center, you are doing all this. You can also tune into the heart and ask why it isn’t working or why you have to invest so much energy into it.

Often you try to realize goals without going within and checking with the heart chakra whether they truly serve you on your inner path toward wisdom and creativity. Also, even if the goals do represent your deepest heart’s desires, unrealistic expectations regarding the timing of the event may arise within you. It may turn out that you are not residing on the timeline of the heart, but on that of personal desires.

Everything has its natural rhythm. And it does not always coincide with your desired speed. The realization of your goals requires the setting of energies in motion. Often this movement takes more time than you would like or expect. In fact, this energetic movement is nothing other than your own transformation.

When you reach your goals, you will no longer be the same. You will become an expanded version of your current self, filled with more wisdom, more love, and more inner strength. The time needed to achieve your goals is the time needed to change your consciousness so that the desired reality can enter your present reality. Therefore, if you want to speed something up, concentrate on yourself, not on reality.

Often, to open yourself to acceptance, you will have to let the goal go. It sounds paradoxical. Но before you step into the new reality, you will have to fully accept the old one. If you do not accept the present reality and are strongly attached to your goals, you cannot move forward.”

Thus, the true goal is not obtaining what we are striving for, but the development of ourselves as we walk the path toward it. If your goal seems unattainably far away, let this text by Pamela Kribbe remind you today to continue on your path calm and free from ideas of when and how things should happen.
