The 29-Day Program Now Available in English

“If you trust in yourself. . . and believe in your dreams. . . and follow your star. . . you’ll still be beaten by people who spent their time working hard and learning things and weren’t so lazy.” — Terry Pratchett

With this thought by Terry Pratchett, which describes the essence of “The 29-Day Program“—hard work and learning—I want to inform you that it is now available in English.

The irony is that this thought describes both the way the Program was created and its subsequent translation. Its creation took a year of hard work, and its translation began three years ago, uniting the efforts of three people.

Heartfelt thanks to:

  • Violeta Book for the translation of the 29 tasks!

  • Sofia Pelitova for editing these translations and the subsequent translation of the texts that explain these tasks from various angles!

  • Dilyana Deneva for editing these texts!

This is a total of 267 pages (not including the related articles from the espirited website).

I have heard many times that working with the Program is like reading an entire book. There are several reasons why it did not appear as a book, but the most important is my desire to create a specific space that supports daily practices for self-observation and reflection. Because new knowledge has value ONLY WHEN it becomes a lasting habit (and that requires persistence and hard work).

I believe that starting it once a month on the New Moon creates this space in a natural way. Not only because its focus is psychological work with EMOTIONS (which are closely linked to the Moon), but also because one lunar month is long enough to initiate the processes of creating a new habit.

Additionally, one does not know what the next task for the day will be. It is like a month-long journey, but not outward—inward toward oneself. If one has chosen the right moment for this journey, synchronicities begin to happen, and the next day’s task answers questions that arose the previous day.

I know this Program is not for everyone. On the other hand, I truly want it to reach the right people because it can give them a lot. Therefore, I would be very grateful if you shared information about it with your English-speaking friends!

As a reminder, its main theme is practical spirituality by turning the day’s emotions into a means of generating consciousness. As well as the opportunity for UNDERSTANDING:

  • Understanding how different aspects of the psyche function as an energetic phenomenon, at the core of which is desire (libido), and how hidden interconnections between “outside” and “inside” occur.

  • Understanding the difference between the two levels of mental processing (reflection) of the day’s experiences (various emotions)—emotional and spiritual intelligence.

  • Understanding what mature forms of love are, which are beyond the emotions of attraction or repulsion.

I could say much more about it because I love it very much… All the effort in its creation would not have been possible if I didn’t believe one hundred percent in the star under which it was born. And that what was born under this star would also have meaning for people outside of Bulgaria.

They say that “there is a passenger for every train.” The train of “The 29-Day Program” has already crossed the Bulgarian border, and on March 19, the New Moon begins again—and with it, a new opportunity to work with it.

Thank you to everyone who has traveled on this train so far!
