The opposite message is just as valid. Osho, for example, writes that striving toward difficult things is a trick of the mind, because the path to enlightenment is through surrender and acceptance, not through resistance.<\/p>\n

Yehuda Berg, the author of The Power of Kabbalah<\/em><\/a>, claims exactly the opposite \u2013 that we generate Light in our lives by practicing Resistance, and that what we resist is reactive behavior. Reactive behavior is the easy path; resistance to it is the difficult one.<\/p>\n

The nature of the psyche is paradoxical, and this also applies to the paths of the Spirit. If this is your thought of the day, however, check whether it is a sign for you to avoid the easy paths<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
